Awesome trip! We had an absolutely awesome trip with Sameji Safaris! Paul took us on an adventure that we will never forget. Our trip was a perfect mix between safari and relaxation on the beach. It all started in Arusha, a vibrant African city. After some relaxation Paul picked us up in a typical safari jeep. First stop: Tarangire National Park, a great park for spotting elephants. The safari continued through more amazing places: the famous and beautiful Ngorongoro crater, the even more famous Serengeti and Lake Natron with its active volcano and acid lake. Paul has a very sharp eye when it comes to spotting animals resulting in us seeing every member of the big five (and many more of course)! Paul is an expert driver, guide and story teller, but most important: he is super nice! We stayed in great accommodations, had great food and everything was arranged perfectly! Our holiday ended on a picture-perfect resort on the beach in Pangani (on the Tanzania mainland). Tanzania is fantastic: we’ll be back for sure! Thank you Paul & Sam!

Last June we went on a 10 day journey to Tanzania with Sameji Safaris. We travelled in a small group on a private safari; it was our first encounter with Africa and its wild life. The itinerary was made in consultation with Paul: Arusha National Park, Tarangire National Park, Ngorongoro, Serengeti and finally to Lake Natron. Despite the multitude ofwildlife movies and documentaries on television the trip was beyond our expectations. To experience nature and see its inhabitants in their natural environment was an extra dimension and the entire trip was a great experience. One of the most impressive examples was the great migration of wildebeest and zebras right at the doorstep of our lodge. Other special parts included a visit to the Hatsabe tribe and a unique visit to a Maasai community with whom Paul holds a good friendship. Paul is a nice person, a very knowledgeable guide, quiet, organises everyting very well and with vast knowledge of his country, the animals and the birds! And he is a great spotter too! Being on safari means long days; getting up early, hit the road with a nice lunch to enjoy in the outdoors, explore and be welcomed at a great lodge at the end of the day to relax with good food. This was all well organised by Paul. Overall, we were very pleased with the professionalism and personal contact with Paul Sameji Safari!

An amazing trip. The national parks we visited, they all had their different flavour, so variety with stunning views. We visited 3 national parks, Tarangine, Ngorongoro Crater and the Serengeti. We were lucky to see the big five lion, leopard, elephant, rhino and buffalo, and in addition the cheetah, hippo, zebra, giraffe, different species of antelope, monkey, hyena, jackal and many more. We stayed in lovely lodges with great local food and our guide Paul was simply great. He had the right knowledge of the wildlife, flora and fauna and answered all of our questions during our safari. If you ask me it is the best destination for those wishing to experience East African wildlife and culture in it’s natural surroundings, Tanzania has it all! Sameji Safari is the perfect organisation, attention to detail and personal service provided by them. It was an incredibly special en memorable holiday for our family.

This summer I explored Tanzania with Sameji Safaris. I highly recommend their quality service, friendly and safe approach, and selection of quality accommodation. Paul is a great guy and guide. He goes off the beaten track, spots and explains whilst driving you to every corner. Both his calm and professional being and his driving skills made me feel very safe and comfortable all trip. I had an amazing time and would certainly travel again with Sameji Safaris when visiting Tanzania again!
